Student-Tested on Live Human Subjects in Real Time

This beginner perspective drawing course has been tested on live human subjects in the classroom and online to ensure its effectiveness and ease of use.

Because it has been taught live in the classroom to real students who also ask the most detailed questions and encounter every and all challenges and misunderstandings, you’ll find that everything has been anticipated!

I break things down for you into concise, simple and most importantly complete step-by-step lessons so that you can easily follow along to master the most basic perspective drawing skills and techniques!

Each lesson is just long enough to cover the subject which also makes it really easy to go back, find and review material!

What exactly will you learn?

Let’s break down exactly what you’ll find in each chapter of the 34 lessons in this all-inclusive introductory course!

In this chapter you’ll learn all about how to sketch the basic Primitives.

Then how to line them up with your eye level and match their vanishing points!

You’ll also learn the basic principles for sketching Circles in Perspective (ellipses). This is one of the LEAST understood principles in drawing, but so easy once you unlock it’s mysteries.

Then you’ll learn about Points of View, the Picture Plane and how the essential Primitives work with it!

Here we’ll start looking at simple real world objects to identify the Primitives

Then you use them to understand simple real world objects to make them so much easier to draw from different points of view!

Then you’ll discover the essentials of how Light works on objects and reveals their form to your eyes.

Light and Shadow actually make everything a lot easier to draw!

I also include reference of objects here to get you started a little bit faster.

Now you’ll look at a more complex object to understand how to deconstruct it and reconstruct it.

Following that you’ll finally learn not only how to sketch man-made objects, but also how to sketch another commonly poorly drawn subject…TREES.

You’ll learn the secrets of not drawing flat looking asparagus style trees.

Finally you’ll follow along with some provided reference to sketch a whole scene.

You won’t just copy the photo though, you’re going to manipulate it by adjusting the perspective!

Then you’ll see the full effect of how playing with perspective can create dynamic illusionistic drawings!
